Our new season olive oil comes from Trabia, a small village in sunny Sicily. The beautiful green olives are handpicked at their prime between October and November and cold pressed withing the first 12 hours of being harvested.
 
Oliv'art Sicilian olive oil has a lovely green colour - we like to call it "Olive Juice".  Its intense and fruity taste is perfect for using as raw dressing, on salad, to drizzle on top of your favourite soup, or to dip into with a warm sourdough along with a little salt and pepper....
