Oliv’Art Autumn Edition Extra virgin olive oil is a high quality olive oil from Sicily. OGLIALORA and BIANCOLILLA olive varieties are hand picked and cold extracted through mechanical procedures the same day they are harvested. This procedure takes place between October and November at the beginning of veraison (beginning of ripening of the fruit). 

Our unique harvesting method delivers an intense green extra virgin olive oil with an intense fruity aroma and a hint of grass. Followed by a bitter undertone and a spicy finish.
